USF Student Travel Registration Form
Please note that this application is for USF Doctoral, Graduate or Undergraduate students approved to participate in university sponsored travel.
USF students engaging in
approved travel are required to register by using their myUSF login credentials. This will enable the University to reach students in the event of an emergency and for students to receive timely updates and health, safety and security related information in the U.S. and abroad. If you are participating in one of the following ways, you must register your travel:
-Degree related research, internship, or fieldwork
-Conference attendee or presenter
-Earning academic credit
-Using university funds to travel
